I love working one-on-one with my clients. It is the most effective way to help get the results you desire. "Soul Sessions" are one-on-one conversations with me, during which you get to share and address whatever might be on your mind.
 
There are no norms, rights, or wrongs to these sessions, they vary person to person, and even situation to situation. Whether you want a critical discussion about something specific, another perspective,  or just comforting, I am here for you.   
 
To get started, select the session package that's right for you. With 5 and 10 session packages you get 10% and 20% respectively off single session rates.
